A relative had a coffee and hot cross bun. Didn't get table service - they just call your name when ready. Not enough butter for the bun so a bit dry. I thought it would've been more of a cafe with service as you could sit at a table. Wouldn't go there if you are physically challenged due to not having table service. It was very busy.

Often attend the other dome cafes and have no issues. However each and every time we have been to the Warwick Dôme Café there has always been something wrong, whether it’s dirty cutlery, the orders have been made incorrectly or just made to feel as if we are burdening them with problems.When trying to make amendments to orders we are told it’s a fault on our end or just not provided with any help or resolve. Staff and management have been unkind and make us feel as if we are in the wrong. Would not recommend if looking for good hospitality and bacon on your plate :(.

Absolutely love dining out, however Dome is a little overpriced for what they offer. The drinks we had were great for their price being iced/frappe type drinks, however the food itself was not up to our likings at that price. We ordered fish and chips & a parma, both were not full sized meals with the salad taking up the plate while the mains were almost half the portion of other restaurants. The salad ingredients were also very dry & the lemon for the fish was dry as well. We arrived & ordered before 12pm and our meals were out within 30 minutes, however the lunch rush doesn’t seem to have enough staff to cover the demand of people. Please note both photos are taken during the eating process, however the parma was only double that size & fish is advertised battered and we received crumbed. Will come back, but not in any rush.

I tried something different this time and ordered a Vienna, very happy with the aesthetics, taste and just the overall experience of it.Also ordered the big breakfast, which I really recommend to anyone who loves a good, hot and tasty plate of egg, bacon, toast, tomato, sausages and hashbrowns.There are vegan and vegetarian options too. This place has a great atmosphere and dedicated staff.

Usually like Dome but this wasn’t the best experience.Food wasn’t warm at allThe staff are all so young and not very friendly at allOne girl asked us 4 times“Is this everything” trying to take the table number awayThe tables could do with a wipe down too.There is options to sit inside and outsideAnd outside there is heaters too

I’m not the biggest fan of Dome. I find the menu overpriced for the size and quality of the portions. Generally run by young, inexperienced staff which shows in the customer service.Our food came out lukewarm, presumably it’s been sitting for some time.For the price, I’ll return to a beach front cafe in future.

This place needs to be consistent with there opening hours or update them. They are closing whenever they want with no notice. You’re wasting people’s petrol and time getting here. This is the second time in the last fortnight where I’ve come to dine and you are closed. It says on the door you are closing 9pm on a Friday but you’re closed at 7.30pm Friday 09/06/2023.

Waited over an hour for our breakfast. They say they lost the order. Don’t know about that because the coffees came out. Even though I asked for extra hot they were not very hot. Waited for a further 15 mins then demanded our money back. This is unacceptable it does not matter how busy they are. We were prepared to wait patiently. We realize that it is busy on Sundays but this is terrible. We will NEVER come back.Walked up to Miss Maude’s. Cheaper. Better service. Lovely.
