I had a great dinner even tho i didnt know everything was a small plate. We had several dishes to share and the eggplant was the best one i had in here.It has kinda like a fine dining vibe and i think thats what they are aiming for so its perfect for a date night. Although I feel like the serving size is bit small but overall it was a nice experience.

It has been on my food bucket list for so long, we finally made it there and we are so glad we did. Impeccably presented set up, fantastic, prompt and enthusiastic staff. When you know the menu is going to be all delicious it really helps for a staff member to break it down for us... and they did. We nibbled our way through drinks, little shares and dessert. 100% going back to nibble through more.

We had a fantastic lunch at Bread in Common. The food was fantastic, packed with flavour and the wine list was extensive. The dining experience revolves around shared plates. There were lots of Vegetarian options available.Staff were extremely helpful and suggested several dishes. Will definitely go back.

Definitely a must try in Fremantle! Bit on the expensive side but that was expected.Love the ambience. It’s amazing! Service was top notch and food was very well prep! Effort was put onto making the food and we appreciated that. Kudos to the chef!

The menu caters for shared food items that are powerfully flavourful and infinitely tasty with a medley of western fine-dining vibes and flavours that runs the entire gamut of your tastebuds! The lamb ribs, roasted sweet potatoes, and kangaroo were just sublime and out of this world! Though, the bread crusts were a bit too hard (burnt) tonight, and they don’t have tap beers but otherwise, everything from the open kitchen setting to the modern-dimmed ambience and the spacious interiors were inviting and intriguing! Would definitely go back again one day!

Great food great environment. Busy kitchen, the reason I gave 4 stars is because the restaurant is quite busy and the attendants are a bit rushy to customer. May be can go there next time if not that busy.

Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you, this is as perfect as a restaurant can get. One step inside and you know you’re in for an experience. Absolutely beautifully designed with high ceilings and lots of well placed light. The service was great; it’s obvious the staff is well trained.I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! What we did order was flawless. Bread with house churned salted butter. Spiced cauliflower dip. Oysters - incredibly fresh. Steak sandwich. Bread and butter pudding with burnt toast ice cream. Watermelon sweet spritz of some sort. If you are within 100k of Freemantle, this is a can’t miss.

Delicious and wonderful ambience. The chicken with bok choy & vietnamese mint and the calamari with beans and goji berries were the highlight of a superb menu.

The “Commons”, Bread & Coogee are without question 2 of the best restaurants in WA. You simply wont find better food & service at either of these amazing places. From an afternoon random drop in for a late light lunch on a special occassion, we cheekily asked the very attentive Mark if booking dinner at Coogee was possible,… there was no question, no hesitation, the laptop came out, the booking was made, the process was seemless & natural. Coogee didnt dissapoint. The dinner welcome was equally fun & seemless & the food was beyond expectations. Attention to detail, amazing flavours, wonderful night. Thanks guys you are truly awesome.

Great atmosphere in this modern style restaurant! Very good food quality and presentation. We had the squid served with beans (more beans than squid actually) very tasty but you would expect not the beans to be the main ingredient reading the menu,. The kangaroo with mulberry, hazelnut and pickled onion was outstanding in its flavour and very well cooked. Pumpkin dip is a nice way to start, vegan cheesecake great ending... very good wine selection. Pricey menu but worthy.
