Swell Mullaloo Beach
I booked in the morning and request a nice table as I was doing a surprise to my partner. We had a great table with Ocean View and our waitress was amazing (she was doing the section including table 10). She was fun and very professional, on top of everything the entire time (I'm sorry I can't remember her name!).Food was amazing and generous portion.We had a great time and we will definitely come back! Thanks you again for the great experience.

The burgers this place sends out their kitchen are absolutely out of this world. For a place that isn’t centred around burgers they sure have some chefs with knowledge on what makes a good burger. The fries were perfectly salted and portions were fairly sized. The service was excellent and the view that the property provides is amazing. Will be returning very soon!

Lovely place with a great vibe. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Food was good. Coffee was strong. Service was functional. Does get noisy when busy. Recommend reservations.

The food was fantastic, waitress very nice, but unfortunately the front of house assistant was miserable and seemed really put out that we arrived early. As we were with my 89 year old friend, we were unable to sit in the hot car or outside in the sun - a little better customer service on arrival would have been appreciated.

We're new to Perth and just Googled top-rated lunch spot which brought us to Swell. First impression was the beautiful ocean views and good vibes. We quickly learned that a booking is a must for the highly sought after ocean views but we were lucky to get a table on the deck. We ordered fish and chips - crispy, fresh and tasty and the ribs were absolutely humongous, delicious and tender. The staff are friendly and gracious. A warm and welcoming introduction to Perth's beach eats for a couple new immigrants. Thank you Swell

If you are looking for an amazing experience having breakfast “on the beach” with an amazing sea-view, look no further..We had a lovely breakfast. We requested a sea view sheeting as it was my daughters birthday.Waiters and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Used a dot system to show they have checked your vaccine status. Easy process and done very politely.Ordered full breakfast. Asked for scrambled eggs and was mo issue. Girls each had a milkshake and enjoyed a strawberry and chocolate milkshake. Food was perfect. Not over cooked or dry. Very tasty and enjoyed it.I would highly recommend them. I have included the pumpkin smash photo also.

We had a lovely lunch at swell.We ordered mains, kids meals, coffee and desserts. The food was delicous with lots of flavour. Nice desserts and good coffee. The view of the ocean was fantastic!Bevan our waiter was quick efficient and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.It was nice and relaxing and we didn't feel rushed out the door.

Vegetarian/vegan dishes were fantastic. Not a huge selection but plenty. The best vego meals I think I’ve ever had at restaurant. Such great flavours. Try a selection selection of the smaller meals to make a great lunch!Thanks guys, Swell will be my new go to!
